It is a seldom case, that chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura and sudden hearing loss observed together. In this paper, a case is presented about a patient, who has chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura for six years and in whom bilateral sudden hearing loss has been diagnosed.
