Nager syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by congenital conductive hearing loss and acrofacial dysostosis. Eighty-three cases of Nager syndrome have been reported in the literature up to current time. In this study, a 4-year-old girl, with moderate conductive hearing loss due to external ear canal atresia and mental retardation which has never been reported so far, is presented.
ÖZET
Nager sendromu, konjenital iletim tipi işitme kaybının akrofas-yal disostoz ile birlikte seyrettiği nadir bir bozukluktur. Günümüze kadar toplam 83 Nager sendromu olgusu bildirilmiştir. Bu yazıda, şimdiye kadar literatürde bildirilen olgulardan farklı olarak zeka geriliği ile seyreden, dış kulak yolu atrezisine bağlı orta düzeyde iletim tipi işitme kaybına sahip 4 yaşında bir kız çocuğu sunulmaktadır.
